Black Bear Electric harassed me over someone else's charges.
Black Bear Electric were to have shown up for an estimate on 2/18/22 from between 830am to 1030am. By 1023am Black Bear had still not arrived and I had another Electrician scheduled afterwards for a 2nd opinion so I text Black Bear back at [protected] and canceled because the technicians never showed.
Black Bear continued to harass me. Insisting I approved work on an Oven outlet. However, my needed estimate was on all the lighting fixtures for my kitchen and laundry room.
Black Bear's continued harassment led me to driving to District 2 police Department in Park Hill Denver for help. Lt. Suhyha at the police station called Black Bear Electric where she had them email the invoice they are harassing me over.
When it was received by Lt. Suhyha, she compared the name and address on the invoice and said they did not match. Black Bear was harassing me over something that was not mine.
Lt Suhyha called Black Bear Electric back at [protected] and informed them that the person on the invoice was different that me. The names were different and the location was different. They were told to stop contacting me. However Black Bear reached out to me again to bully and harass me again.

Desired outcome: Their BBB rating needs to be lowered and others need to be made aware of their dishonest and unscrupulous behavior.
