Very difficult to get the agent on the phone. They work out of their homes and have varying hours. No follow up of the travel arrangements by the agent. I booked a family trip for 4 people as a cruise in Europe which cost north of $18k! This was an upgraded trip by me including Haven room on the Norwegian ship. Incorrect flights and dates were booked for our flights to Europe and the agent had no idea until I showed her. This resulted in a lot of headaches getting the correct flights. Additionally, when they offer free flights for the second passenger, the flight times are horrendous, and you don't get nonstop flights, even though they are available. The perks BJs offers for the cruise seem good, but then you have to scrutinize your reservation to make sure that they are actually included on your reservation. This was the 3rd trip I've booked with them. There always seems to be an issue, but this last trip this past May 2023 was the worst travel agent experience. BTW, BJs uses a third party to do their travel. I'll never use them again. Save years on your life and use a different travel agent.
