They have an add on back page of their catalog that says: free puzzle with orders $39.99 & up. Your choice of 300, 500 & 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle.
What it doesn't say is — bitsandpieces picks the exact puzzle.
This is ignorant & inflaming policy. Why would you not allow the customer to pick the exact free puzzle they want? It would be better to just leave the free puzzle carrot off! I was going to order over $100 — but, after talking to spvsr, I said i'll go to puzzle
