Birmingham Water Works review: My money back for the second account, the fee for turning my water off then on returned as well

They charged my twice for turning my water on and I spent months trying to get my money back. even after I found out they had opened another account for me over the phone on accident they still would not give me my money back. I went to the bank and worked it out with them to have one returned and my water was shut off without notice in the middle of hot months. they have robbed me numerous time over and over and have coveted my money.
