On 8 April 2022 I ordered Keto Extreme Fat Burner capsules online from South Africa and my Visa credit card was subsequently debited with 3511.00ZAR.

On 8 April 2022 I received my shipment confirmation (#1E0021259A) via my email address - my order nr ASL20220408ZA5552259.

By 17 May 2022 I still have not received my parcel and then sent an email to [protected]@biotrimlabs.com stating that I have not received my parcel yet.

I received a auto-response from them referring me to the different departments, so I forwarded the same email to [protected]@biotrimlabs.com with no response even after I emailed them again on 19 May 2022.

Then on 23 May 2022 I received another auto-response saying that a customer service representative would respond shortly.

On 25 May 2022 I received the following email from [protected]@biotrimlabs.com :

I replied to them on 25 May 2022 that my address was correct.

I waited and waited for my local post office to send me a notification that my parcel has arrived but I never got a notification.

I then started my own investigation by contacting our South African Customs in Durban. They told me that my parcel was returned to sender as weightloss supplements were not allowed into South Africa as it was considered as medication.

On 22 August 2022 I sent another email to [protected]@biotrimlabs.com notifying them of this.

On 24 August 2022 I received the following email from [protected]@bellavei.com:

We have many customers using our products in your country. Our experience is that if we reship your package, you will receive it sooner than the time frame usually released by Customs. On 24 August 2022 I subsequently agreed to the reshipping of my parcel.

On 27 August 2022 I received my second shipping confirmation (#1E0021259A) via my email address - my order nr ASL20220827ZA5616599.

On 25 October 2022 I contacted our Customs in Durban and again it was returned to Biotrim Labs. When I queried this with Customs, Durban, I was told in no uncertain terms that supplements are not allowed into South Africa and Customs informed me that this shipment also has been returned to sender.

On this same day, I sent the following complaints email to [protected]@biotrimlabs.com :

Order nr ASL20220827ZA5616599 - the order was received by South African

Customs, Durban and again it was returned to Biotrim Labs. When I queried this with Customs, Durban, I was told in no uncertain terms that supplements are not allowed into South Africa.

I was charged ZAR 3511,00 (South African Rands). Please do the refund

urgently back into my Visa credit card which was originally debited by

Biotrim Labs.

It would be unethical of your company to not refund me my 3511.00ZAR.

After all, I cannot be charged for a product that I did not and could not receive.

On 9 November 2022 I sent another email, still requesting my refund as I did not receive a response up to this date.

On 11 November 2022 I received the following email from [protected]@bellavei.com :

On 11 November 2022 I replied to them with the following email :

Hi, in response to your email reply... I never received the product as customs Durban, South Africa returned the parcel to Biotrim, the sender. I did not get the chance to even try the product, so in saying that, it would be unfair to charge me any kind of fee.

In this case, your company's terms and conditions do not apply to me!

Please refund me the amount that your company debited my Absa credit card with.

Up to today, 26 December 2022, I am still waiting for a reply to my last email to them on 11 November 2022.

I placed my order on the 14th of September 2022, as yet I still haven't received my order. Order nr is1C1E7AC27D69D8F-4852588BC0047D854 TICKET NR #8FF00-55937. It's un acceptable for it to take so long and therefore I would like a full refund. My address is right but still no product.

I ordered on 7 september 202 around middayi their product

Then in less than 2 hours an amount was withdrawn from the capitec card

I then ordered them to cancel cause it was so much money within less 24 hours of ordered

They responded that its already shipped so they cant cancel

They said in order to cancel they will take a restocking of 15%

I accepted it that proposal

Then they kept quiet and never replied

I kept sending emails but they never interested.

Today it is 4 October 2022. I have still not received my purchase.

On 22 May 2022 I ordered HGH Rx24, Confirmation (#490079D8F3) and Anabolic Rx24, Confirmation (#490079AA33) and I was promised to receive my order within 10 - 14 working days.

It has been more than 60 days and I have not received my order.

I have sent numerous emails but was not helped.

I received email that the products ordered had been shipped to me with shipment number as following:

I accidentally placed an order for $35, and I immediately tried to cancel the order, but to no avail, I contacted the company to cancel the order before even receiving any confirmation email, but to no avail, then I received an email about a membership subscription which I didn't agree to and the next day I received a billing of $235.71 on my credit card. I have been contacting them but they are not responding effectively.

Was up early on the 22.06.2022 and saw a add on Google for Keto diet pills on special. The add was "buy 3 bottles for R595.00 each and get 2 bottles free. And free shipping" so I placed an order. The only time that I saw total invoice was when the purchase was completed and my bank account was billed for R3511.00 This is not what was adevertised and I sent a mail to [protected]@biotrimlabs.com a number of times during the morning to cancel my order with no reply to my pleae to cancel my purchase. In the afternoon I recieved a mail stating that my order was shipped. I replied and asked why my order was not canceled. Now they replied and said. "Sorry your order was already shipped and can not be canceled" this is not ethical business practices.

I have not received my order since the first of June

I purchase the trial porduct of keto extreme fat burner last june 17 2022 and accidentally click something because its written in korean and it popped up in my bank notification that it deducted twice the first o e is 41.05 usd a d the second one is 205.27usd i tried so many times to contact them on the contact support that provided by email and call but no answer the email is not working it reply to me "mailer daemon failure notice" means the email is not working and i dont have any conformation purchase receipt aswell till now i call them its long distance call still no answer i want my money back hope theres a solution

I have ordered the products on 24 April 2022 to the value of R2460. Order Number 2E00362BFB. The payment went through and I tracked the order on the website with the tracking number that was emailed to me. Tracking number - Worldwide Parcel Delivery Service ASL20220425ZA5563042. It is stated on the website that my parcel was delivered to its destination on 12 May 2022 at 13:59:48. This is not true, I have not received any parcel. I have been trying to follow up with no success. Emails go unanswered and when I do get a response they just maintain that the parcel was delivered but cannot confirm the address or the name of the person who took receipt of the parcel. I still have not received my parcel.

Pleas efind attached below emails that I sent from the time I placed the order on 2 April 2022. I only receive automated responses from them. I no longer want their product. I want my money refunded please

The advertisement on Instagram is so misleading and the price is not what they advertised it for, so I immediately cancelled this order and want my money back, I have send about 30 mails to [protected]@biotrimlabs.com with no response

According to the shipment tracking number ASL20220417ZA5557669 the product are still at the warehouse, so confirm that the order is been cancelled and when will refund be processed.

Folliclehel for R 3511 and myultradiet for R 1740 was deducted from my bank account on the 19 April.
