I requested a sample of this cream for an introductory price just of postage. Now like Jane Evans posted 30 March I have received another jar of this cream which I did not request and was not informed that I would be receiving, for a charge of £69.95. I cannot find any information on the despatch note that enables me to contact the company.

Regarding my complaint I managed to get a number for customer support UK who seemed happy to cancel my apparent subscription to Bio Repair product code BR-30-BOT.
Could this be forwarded to Jane Evans who posted exactly the same complaint as myself on 30.March
It is [protected]

Thank you

The same happened to me. I thought I was getting Biorepair cream and Hydraluxe eye serum on a free trial for my mum and just had to pay the shipping of £9.90.
I received the goods and receipt for this amount only, on 17th April 2017 and we had a laugh as we both tried it saying we would "look 10 years younger in a week".
My mum was more interested in the nice little white satin like bag that they came in an said she wan't all that bothered about using the stuff at 74, so I said we'd both give it a try and compare results and at that price if it didn't work it was no great loss.
How mislead, and foolish was I.
I checked my credit card statement for May and whoah the balance owing had gone up by £174.90!
I've misplaced the unopened statement for June so am panicking now. Gonna contact the bank and cancel with the number provided in previous post, but not building hopes up for any money being returned.
I should have listened to my nan..."if its seems too good to be true then it most probably is" "you don't get anything for free" "a fool and his money are soon parted".
I hope all the directors and people making easy money out of this scam, all get bad unoperable facial warts, very bad acne and several cases of ingrowing hair follicles, but most of all, I hope they are prosecuted for fraud and providing misleading information. I TRULY HOPE THIS TERRIBLE SCAM DOES NOT CLAIM ANY MORE VICTIMS...DaMGar
