I ordered a product online from them. It took two weeks to get it to me. In the meantime, they not only charged my account for the product but charged an additional $200.00 for something I did not order. I called several times to dispute the additional charge and was told to return the merchandise whenever I got it. Well, it took two weeks for the merchandise to reach me! I immediately returned it without opening it. I waited 4 days and called to have them refund the charges to my card.
I'm now told that I was supposed to have called them when I got the pkg. for a return number or something so that they will not acknowledge or refund the charge on my card!
The three times I called before I was never told to call them before returning the product. I was only told the return the product. Now they won't refund the charges at all!
Claimed loss: $60.00 plus and additional $199.99
Desired outcome: These charges removed from my credit card immediately.
