I think Binance.US still has strong brand recognition, but user experience matters a lot in crypto, especially when money is involved. Slow verification, limited support responses, and unclear account restrictions can make users nervous even if the exchange itself is well known.
This is why I no longer judge exchanges only by name or trading volume. I have compared Binance.US with a few other platforms, including Coinbase, Kraken and BYDFi. For larger balances, I still prefer being cautious and using more established regulated options, but for everyday trading, I have found smaller platforms like BYDFi easier to navigate.
In my opinion, any exchange should focus more on clear communication, fast account review, and reliable withdrawals. Crypto is already risky enough; users should not also have to worry about whether they can get a real answer when something goes wrong.
Recommendation: Test verification, security settings, support response, and a small withdrawal first before trusting any exchange with larger funds.
