First of all, the website was difficult to navigate. It took me a while to figure out how to add my bills and make payments. And even when I did manage to add my bills, the payment process was slow and clunky. I had to enter my payment information multiple times before the transaction went through.

But the real disappointment came when I realized that BillDesk had charged me extra fees without my consent. I had specifically chosen to pay my bills through my bank account, which was supposed to be free of charge. But when I checked my bank statement, I saw that BillDesk had charged me a convenience fee for each transaction. I was furious.

I tried to contact BillDesk's customer service to get a refund, but I was met with silence. No one responded to my emails or phone calls. I felt like I had been scammed.

So, I got this email from Billdesk, right? It said I owed $309 for some purchase I supposedly made. They gave me a link and a phone number to call. I called the number, but not from the email because I ain't no fool. The lady on the other end said the purchase was made through Paypal, but I haven't used Paypal in over ten years. She said it was a hack and transferred me to Chase. Not really Chase, but a very good copy. I mean, they had all the right prompts and everything.

Anyway, long story short, she sent me to another Indian and eventually I asked for the lawyer with Chase. Turned out he was an Indian too, and then I noticed the gas station was owned by Indians. Now, don't get me wrong, I ain't got nothing against Indians, but my gut was telling me something wasn't right. So, I stopped at a Chase branch and talked to a real person.

Turns out, the hackers had a number of ways to sound legit, but a Bitcoin "wallet" is not something Chase would endorse. I mean, come on, who uses Bitcoin anyway?

So, let me tell you, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is just a shortened version of what happened to me. It was a real headache, and I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. Stay safe out there, folks.
