Big Sandys Superstore Dublin Ohio review: Repair of new item that was broken from day 1

We bought a kitchen combo pack (refrig, stove, micro). The oven on the stove did not work from day one. Code came up that the panel board was out. Called the store the next day and they blew us off. We went to the store the next day and they told us they would send someone out (which they did). They stated that they were not going to fix it as they said they saw a bug. (if they did it was from their cardboard box that the stove came in). So, the store said they would not repair it. They sent us the part told us we could replace it ourselves. We aren't certified to repair stoves so that would void the warranty. We called the service dept. Also about their delivery guys dropping the microwave and denting it. This took over a month to resolve. We got that issue takin care of, and they were supposed to send someone out to fix the stove. I waited all day and they never showed up. So, when I called the store, to find out when they were coming (they stated two days before that they would fix it and would call with a time and it would be a 4-hr. Window) they said we changed our mind we have done enough for you, so we are not fixing the stove now because we exchanged your microwave. Their service person needs fired
