We think we were overcharged for a synthetic oil change. So about a month ago we called and got no help.
So we wrote a letter to the corporate office on May 19, 2010 and expressed our thoughts that we thought
we were overcharged by $25 to $40 and had never paid so much for that service before. To date, we have
heard nothing from them. We think they have a very poor customer service and are ignoring us. All they
had to do is have the courtesy to answer us "Yes" and make an adjustment or "No" and we would go elsewhere
for our oil changes in the future. They also failed to put the proper codes on our receipt and therefore we
were not able to use a rebate coupon to get a $25 rebate on our complete shock replacements that we got
at the same time.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Also seeing your complain I can't help but comment. My mother visited Big O Tires possibly to get her tires replaced. They told her she needed to replace them asap and they where no good anymore. She then begin looking at different places to compare prices. She eventually went to Costco Tire Center and they told her she didn't did to replace the tires at all! They where in perfectly good condition and Big O Tires was trying to convenience her otherwise to make a quick buck.
Lesson was well learn, NEVER shop at Big O Tires again! Stay far, far away!
I am being overcharged for a starter repair. I’m being charge $937 for a starter repair replacement. I think it’s unfair.
