Bidvest McCarthy Toyota Pinetown review: Water collecting in the doors of a brand new toyota hilux legend 50

The Toyota Hilux Legend 50 was purchased brand new in November 2019 from McCarthy Toyota in Pinetown. In 2020 we had noticed water collecting in the doors of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealership only to be told it was the rubbers on the door. Adjustments was made on the door rubbers only to find out that the water continues to collect in the doors. Vehicle was taken the 2nd time to the dealership who advised us that they will drill underneath the door to sort this issue. Problem persisted and the vehicle was taken the 3rd time to the dealership on the 4th of November 2021 who advised grommets will be installed in the doors. It is now 22 December 2021 the doors of the vehicle is full of water. They have now requested for the vehicle to brought back to the dealership after informing them that the problem has not been resolved. This is unacceptable!
