If they ask about your personal assets, do “NOT” give them that information unless your intention is to fund or open your own business as a sole proprietorship and that requires collateral on the fine print. Not a good thing to borrow collateralized or secured loans. It took me over a year after making monthly payments to learn that I had been mislead into believing that I was getting a personal loan to invest into the cryptocurrency and stock market to generate passive income to pay for the loan on a monthly basis. I am not a healthcare professional either and I don’t know what made them think that I was going to open a business when I had made it clear of what I was going to use the funds for. If there is no other options, BHG should “NOT” offer commercial loans to anyone who is just looking for a personal loan. Its even more devastating that their money is lost in a pig butchering scam when I had fell victim to it. I had the intention of paying them back and still will but when it gets to the point where I cannot handle it anymore, I really hate of moving it towards bankruptcy. Even under bankruptcy, I will probably lose because the funds that was lost in the scam was used to secure the loan I think. My life is probably over as I know it.

The thing is, the loan that was used to generate that passive income from the investment is lost in a pig butchering scam. I don’t or cannot remember what was used as collateral. I know that I didn’t commit fraud either as I was honest of what I have as far as assets goes and what I would use the funds for or what was put on my application. I wish I can wake up from the nightmare that I had failed on keeping the investment safe from the scammer. I am very scared of BHG too since I had read that y’all are not so forgiving if a borrower had made a innocent mistake in regarding to the loan when filing for bankruptcy. I just want to pay back of what I owe left instead of what was on the contract. No profits will be made but there won’t be a loss either. I might as well commit suicide when I become homeless.
