On February 16, I place an order #20172 I have not received this order. On June 17 I received a message state that a shipping label was sent to the Post Office. On February22, I place another order #20219 in that order a brought a scrub and better and was promise a free better. The shipping label for this order was on June 24, a week after the first order. Order #2029 was arrived today without the promise free better. I waited five months to receive my orders the first order I place has not arrived yet. the second order arrived five months later without the free butter that was promise.

Her customer service has plummeted. I'm at the point that I will no longer be a customer. I keep teetering back and forth between calling my bank to dispute the charge or just hold out a little longer. The products are good but what good are they if you never receive them?
I believe she's dealing with a few health issues and bad advice that is impacting her business. She had an unspecified surgery that I think was ultimately was the start but the bad advice is just perpetuating the delayed orders. When orders got overwhelming, she used to shut down the store to make sure orders were out in a timely fashion. Now she just keeps pushing out sales but months go by with no word on when your order is going to be shipped. There was a glimmer of hope that lasted for three weeks when she announced which orders were going to be shipped. It's been a month since those updates.
And to add insult to injury, she is now a one-person business fulfilling all those orders. Ma'am, why?! She claims to have a 6-figure business but only one person working. One person to address emails, order product, mix the product, package the product, ship the product, advertise the product, etc... A business of that size can't stay afloat that way.
She reeled me in with the last sale but it will be my last purchase.
