This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

We contacted the company Beyond Breakeven Inc. and hoped to get valuable advice from their specialists. But the company is big lie and after some time we found out that there were no investors. Therefore, we decided to stop the deal and understood that this company couldn’t provide any advices, if they didn’t have investors and perspectives. Read other reviews and share information about this company, because they are not as prosperous as they want to show to their customers.

They gave a pre-qualification letter to a buyer trying to purchase a business I was selling. They are consultants not lenders. I called them and pretended like I was interested in getting their help. THEY DO NOT LOAN MONEY. They are not loan brokers either. So their pre-qualification letter was pure fraud. They need investigated by the State Attorney General. Run from these scam artists.

Wish I had quit before spending $6000 with Ed Keels. He said he had 100 ways to get money for a business purchase. I heard about 7. None of them were viable to purchase anything. His ways of getting money can be found online and most (like you probably already know) take along time to aquire any amount of money.

Beyond Breakeven, Inc. employs leverage buyout (LBO) strategies for business acquisition funding. Leveraging (borrowing) against the assets of a business means no "predatory" private money is required and so no equity or ownership has to be given up. So, no Shark Tank kind of funding. The LBO structure means the entrepreneur can keep 100% ownership and secure 100% funding. The author of the post is correct... Beyond Breakeven, Inc. has no private investors and does not ever say that they have private investors because Beyond Breakeven, Inc. knows there are better ways to finance a start-up or acquisition than to sell your soul to private investors. Further, the company's "prosperity" is not based on its own gain but rather that of the vast numbers of people that have prospered as a result of Beyond Breakeven, Inc.'s assistance. Since 2003 the company has helped people that didn't have enough, money, business education or experience or strong enough credit get into business with little to none of their own money and without using predatory private investors. That is evidenced by the company's BBB rating of A+ Accredited. Apparently the author of the post above, was looking for something the company doesn't offer and for some reason took exception to the fact that we told them the "truth"... that we would not help him or her with predatory private investors. Lastly, unlike the anonymous poster above, I am proud to own and stand behind my comments herein. Ed Keels, Pres./CEO Beyond Breakeven, Inc.
