I placed an order on 27 February 2022. On 4 March 2022, tracking notification indicated that the order had been delivered. It was NOT delivered - I was at home all day, and nobody arrived with any package. I contacted the company with a reply email, which bounced. I contacted them on their website contact form, twice. No response. I called the # on the website and got a "not in service" message. I tried contacting the associated eshopper address found on the initial order receipt and have had no response. The amount of time it's taking to resolve this now exceeds the value of the item I ordered, and it's taking me away from other things I should be doing.

Desired outcome: I'd be happy to just have the package that I ordered. At this point, it seems that there is NOBODY with whom I can speak to make that happen. I'm ready to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.
