Better Business Bureau review: SIG Sauer

I purchased a E18 military pistol, so I thought, until I tried to purchase an optical sight and then I found that it did not fit my pistol, this from SIG. I talked to SR customer service rep Paul with no results or as we say in the military beating your head against the wall. He claimed no responsibility and offered me a 15% discount on a $900.00 replacement. I question why put E18. To me this is false advertising and then blame it on the selling company show how little this company cares about its customers.
