Shopper Advocate sezzle

On December 5th. I asked for $380.00 for a $337.99 from SAKS 5th ave. I did not receive the shoes and saks claim they never received the required money from saks 5TH. Ave. I contacted SAKS 3 time. I have since paid sezzle the $380.00 that I had requested from sezzle have contacted sezzle at least three times. I received one response from sezzle stating they were working on it. The never contacted me with a resolution. I never got the shoes and I still don’t have a response from sezzle I have paid sezzle $380.00 in full. I would appreciate help with this matter. At age 75, losing that money from my fixed income is a problem. Thank you, Ms. Rosa Gillece
