On the 18 of June, 2021, I ordered for a phone (mate pro 45) from bestgrad store in China to be delivered in Nigeria. When the phone was delivered to me in Nigeria, it was a poor quality phone and it is not what was advertised online. I returned the phone back to the courier service and they shipped the phone back to the seller. They haven't refunded back my money which is 53, 120 naira. I have sent countless emails and WhatsApp messages to the seller and they haven't responded to me regarding the refund yet the claim on their website that they refund money to their buyer if they are not pleased with the product
Desired outcome: I need refund of my money
I bought a phone mate45pro+ 50000 naira they shipped it to me but what I expected is not what I see, the specifications I saw is different, 4gb ram 128gb but it's inside is 12gb ROM, and 512gb ROM, I've not store even 1 video clip it's showing me insufficient storage, and the camera is very poor, battery also very poor, I'm sincerely disappointed with bestgrad
They produce sub standard phone. That's why I returned the phone.
I ordered phone on net since on 22/12/2021 till now no information this is ordered receipt below
