I purchase a Brand New Haval H2 from Haval West Rand. Included in my package is the licensing and registration which was supposed to be done by the dealer. I have a personalised plate which I use for all the vehicles that I purchase and as discussed with the saleperson I needed my vehicle registered on that specific plate. 5 months later my vehicle is not registered (no disk whatsoever) till I was fined for R1000 for driving an unlicensed vehicle with not registered. My registration papers for my personal plates where given to the salesperson several times and to date it has been registered but on the ordinary plates. the salesguy suggested to my husband that we do the registration and they will refund us. I emailed the Haval head office and sent all the details through to them as requested and to date I have not received any response whatsoever. I emailed the manager also when discussing the non registration in those 5 months and he didnt even have the curtiousy to respond.
Their customers service, afterservice and TCF is appalling. They do not respond to emails and also have a dont care a damm attitude.
I really dont have words to describe this kind of behavior.
All I require as a client is for them to register my vehicle on my personalised plates as promised.
