Best Westernhotel room & stay

We stayed at the Best Western in Big Spring, TX last night. At check-in the front desk agent was kind & welcoming. The facility is not kept up very well at all though. There was black mold in the ice machine & when we reported it to the front desk, the lady said it was disgusting, but didn't do anything about it. The jacuzzi was broken 3 months ago & still remains broken. The air conditioning in the room didn't work well enough to cool our room, the toilet in our bathroom would take 20-30 minutes to fill up in order to flush, & when we booked the room, we were told that there would be a rollaway bed available for us, but there was not. So 2 of the children had to sleep on the floor, then at breakfast there was hardly any food made available, & it was never replenished. We paid $122 for a room that none of us got any rest in. We are rewards, but our info was never put in & we didn't receive points for this stay. There are 4 new hotels being built in the immediate vicinity of this hotel, we'll be booking at one of them next time.
