Best Western Europa review: Guest services

I was harassed and by another guest across the hall from the minute I checked into the room. There is record if my complaints. The harassment was recorded and sent to staff on Saturday as the harassment continued for 2 plus days and the manager Thierry Roy chose to defend the actions of the other guest.

I have been told 2x by the company that a senior staff from the customer service deot will be getting back to me and yet nothing. Recorded evidence exists and witness by their own staff yet the company doesn't take action to resolve these issues that guests bring to them.

Even the brand owner says in his email requesting we fill out surveys but when one writes to him he doesn't reply
