Booked a helicopter transfer for my family from Rome Fiumicino to Capri island.
As requested, wired entire sum (9000 Euro) a month before, they confirmed the funds and names of all passengers.
On our day of arrival in Rome, after our long flight from Chicago, no one showed up to pick us up, it took a real scramble on my part to find an alternative car transport for the 5hr trip.
Their 24/7 phone number they provide all of a sudden became "unavailable", they did not respond and ignored my numerous emails asking for explanation.
That company is a total scam and I am very surprised that no law enforcement has closed them down yet.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This is a typical fraud scheme. You should file a criminal complaint to your local police authority or directly to the law enforcement authority where the bank account is registered. This is the only way to stop those scammers.
I had the same experience today with vip charter services. The guy called a day before the trip and said there was an accident and that they have to cancel. I knew something was up and I am now reading this. Did anyone have luck reaching them

I would be happy to join forces to start a police action. it has been almost one year now amd I hate them. at least we should close them down.
I wish I had found this page before! I also prepaid a lot of money, they cancelled the trip and I have not seen the money back. I keep calling and emailing them. Can we join for a police action to find them? I definitly will track them down...

The company VIP Charter Services and http://www.best-vip-trip.com/ and also portal http://www.cretediscover.com/ are CRIMINALS.
I have placed the order for helicopter transfer and paid via transfer EUR2, 200 . Service has not been provided. Funds have NOT been refunded.
What even worse - they did not answer single email and single tel call ever since.
On theis site the tel line is anounced as "24/7" - how professional is the fact that this line havenot been answered at all for the month.
You order the service, you pay the invoice that they sent you - and nobody answers the phone anymore.

This company Best-vip-trip.com and VIP charter services are criminals. First of all How the telephone that advertised on their web as 24/7 does not answer at all ? - how the serious company can afford this ?
I have paid 2, 200Euro for helicopter transfer, and they cancelled the trip one day before the flight. And have NOT returned money. And they don't answer the email and telephone ever since. The more interesting thing is that a girl / women is asking 1, 500 Euro to delete this review!
There is a situation: when the ``owner`` is paying with fraud credit cart and then he want ``his`` money back but on another name account!
Of course the bank was find this fraud, stop this transaction and proceed to the authorities.
We are using this company for 5 years, almost twice per year and are absolutely satisfied!
What are you talking about people? They have the best handling services in Europe for sure!
