on 5/31/2022 I purchased a day bed from Best Deal Furniture store. The bed was 1240, I was given a loan for 440 toward the purchase, plus I put 200.00 down. I came back in September to pay the remaining balance on the bed which was 600.00 and purchase a mattress for 250.00. I was told that my order would arrive in 2 weeks it didn't a month ago. September 28,2022 I was told my product had been sold because it took me so long to pay in full, I was under the impression I was doing layaway I didn't know I had a deadline to pay in full that was never explained to me nor is that stated on my recipient. However, the store received 440 from the loan already without me receiving my product. she told me to tell them I got my delivery so the store can get paid they have received the funds already. The store is only willing to give me a 100.00 back on my credit card. The store does not want to refund my full1,050 dollars in cash to me, she is trying to force me to buy something else. I have already called Acima to stop the loan, but they told me they already paid her and are charging me. I have my recipient of all charges that I can Provide
