Shipper took 10 hours to load us, that caused us to arrive one hour late to delivery. They rescheduled for the next morning and they not only didn't pay us layover, they CHARGED US $250 FOR BEING LATE. Rate con says shipper delay is a valid reason for not charging us. It's literally IN THE RATE CON and they still did it. Tracked us the whole way so they know exactly what happened and that it wasn't our fault.

Recommendation: Stay FAR away from them
