For all those who are skeptical of purchasing or doing business with Sneakerhead.com. Please read this!

At first I was a little leary (after reading the bad reviews) of purchasing my Jordan Retro 5 sneakers from this site but I am so happy I did. I just received my sneakers from Sneakerhead.com 10/26/2016 via UPS. I purchased them with my PayPal account and paid a little extra for 2 day air shipping. Shipping was super fast! The shoes were brand new with the original box.

Called customer service beforehand just to make sure that they did indeed receive my payment. The customer service rep was a little snappy at first but that's okay she was much nicer before we ended the call.

All and all, Sneakerhead.com is in fact a legit website. I would definitely buy from them again!

Hope this review helps those who are skeptical to make a solid decision. Just remember, there is no perfect transaction and you definitely get what you pay for:)

Love the options of lebrons they have. Found some lebron 17 that noone else had and selected two day shipping. They got here in exactly two days!

PLEASE save your money and your time. The website is absolutely fraudulent with blurry, copyrighted images. There is no way sneakers that sell out within seconds is going to be sold at the same price on a website like this. It states clearly on their website:

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations must be received no later than 12 pm PST by telephone on the first business day after placing the order.

Ex. You place your order at 8pm on Thursday. In order to cancel, you must call before 12pm on Thursday to cancel. If you order at 9am on Tuesday, you must call to before 12pm on the same day, Tuesday, to cancel.

HOWEVER, they couldn't cancel my order a couple hours after being placed. You might be thinking well it says you need to call the "next business day after" yet the example states if you order 8pm on thursday you have to cancel before 12 pm on thursday.

Not to mention their phone number has only 3 options, customer service, sales, or operator, and they all send you to the same place! The customer service representatives are terrible and horrible when it comes to getting anything done, mind you they didn't get anything done. They have no idea what is even stated on their website. The shoes are all fake not to mention.

SAVE YOUR TIME, save your MONEY and ENERGY.

Horrible horrible people and website! The lady also said that my order was shipped out an hour after it was purchased. Which would have possibly been believable if it coincided with their fact they stated an email would be sent when my order was shipped, and honey if you think that means your getting an email hours after, it isn't true because everything is electronically scanned when shipped with automated emails on a LEGIT website.

Shoe websites do NOT have a grey area, but this has red flags written all over it. Apparently I have to wait until my order is at my doorstep, refuse it to be shipped back, which isn't even possible, and then demand a refund which based off of other reviews will take at least a month to receive back.

It really doesn't get any worse than this.

P.S. The "good" reviews are people that were paid, or people working for the company, also when I was on the phone with "customer service" there were women laughing in the background.

Item stated delivered, however I never received the package. They ship via FedEx, and selected the option that they do not require a signature or proof of delivery or allow them to re-attempt to deliver. Which according to FedEx policy they can/will leave the package at the door or on steps. When I contacted SneakerRx regarding not receiving the package, they are refusing to refund or replace the item ($59.99). As advised per their company rep, I also contacted neighbors (some who have video doorbells) in an effort to locate it, as possibly they may have accepted on my behalf had it or saw it, however they did not. Trying to track down my order

The other day I went in to journeys this shoe store is across from Victoria secret pink at the Florida mall in Orlando i went in to buy some sneakers but guess what I decided not to buy them and buy them in another store this manager looks like she don't want to work looking like she is bored her appearance is very low how can u not look at your self before you go in to work her clothing don't go with her as being a manager her hair very messy u can even see her bra out her shirt how can a company hired some woman's with low self esteem not friendly it all but I found out her name is steffany poor appearance and rude I would never bother to go in this store again you guys need to have better managers that they look like they want to work leave those personal problems at home or what ever else is going on and treat customers right.

Not professional and unorganized. More than simply disappointed.
I ordered shoes in the beginning of September. Got no information that's usually set after an order is placed. I waited for 2-3 days and decided to call them. They said the shoes were on back order and they can't say when exactly I will get them. Well, it's great, nothing to say.
Was it so hard to notify me or what?
Ok, I thought I had some time to give them. One month later I called them and asked how it was going. The answer was the same - back order, have no clue when it will be shipped.

I bought a pair of Nike shoes from this website SneakerHead and was supposed to get a discount because these shoes were on sale. When I noticed that SneakerHead charged a full price I contacted them right away and asked what was going on. Their rep seemed nice and friendly and he promised to fix everything as soon as possible.
Later he contacted me and said that there was no sale and that information on their website was incorrect. I was very disappointed because I was really impressed with their price, but since there was no discount I could not afford these shoes and had to cancel my order. I am very disappointed and will not buy from them again!

I have ordered two pair of shoes from my son and was very disappointed with the quality and with SneakerHead customer service. One pair was incorrect size, so I contacted them and asked for a replacement and they refused and said that they don't do replacements. I told that since it was their mistakes they should take some responsibility, but they claimed that they did not do any mistakes and that I probably just picked the wrong size. The second pair was awful and very poorly made! And that was not the only thing that bothered me! The sole was dirty and there was a strange nasty smell on the inside of the shoes! So I'm 100% sure that they were already used! Do not order anything from this terrible company!

I bought shoes from the website www.sneakerhead.com. Really bad quality and the seller was rude, when I spoke with him. I got the shoes and this pair looked completely different as on the website. The bottom of shoes war rubber, but on the website it was mentioned that material was completely opposite. So check info and don’t believe them, ‘coz you can get really bad shoes. And the seller provided only partial refund, but promised full. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Bought Jordan Retro 12's from BeSneakerHead.com and they were fakes.

I bought three pair of retro jordans from them and when I received them I realized they are fake. I claimed a refund and they said I can get only $57 of $96 paid. Don't buy anything from them! They sell fake [censored].
