Beryll review: Misleading “cashmere” quality

I purchased a knitwear item from Beryll that was advertised as cashmere. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product and the way it was represented.

When I received the item, the fabric felt cheap and not at all like authentic cashmere. It began pilling almost immediately and lacked the softness, density, and overall quality I would expect from genuine cashmere. For a product marketed as premium, this was very disappointing.

This experience has made me question the accuracy of the marketing claims regarding the quality and material of the product. The expectations set by Beryll’s website did not align with what I actually received.
