Beltone Hearing Aid review: Deceptive business practices

I called the beltone hearing center in warrensburg,mo. a few months back and asked about a free hearing test as advertised on the internet. I asked do they provide a printout sheet to show the results of the test and was told, YES it will be included as part of the test. I set the appointment and went in and waited15 minutes PAST my scheduled appointment time. I was told by the man that he wasnt the normal person doing the testing and that the woman was out that day. He did the hearing test in a wonky homemade booth that I had to crouch down into to get inside but got the test results as he pecked on a laptop[ pc.
He went thru all of the test results and stated he would be sending me home with a pair of hearing aids that day to try on a trial periond of 30 days, I explained I ONLY wanted the hearing test results and the printed sheet showing the resluts, He then told me it was $50 due in cash for the printed paper! I paid and got the reciept from him after I insisted that I have a receipt. I feel this was very deceptive and that FREE meant FREE! How do I get my money back?
