Bell Brother's Heating and Air review: Not maintenance, just a sales call

Bell came out to do the annual AC maintenance and told me my 9 y/o system needed to be replaced. The issues they pointed out were incorrect installation, so I asked why none of those issues had been pointed out in the previous 8yrs. They told me they send less experienced techs on newer systems, and they wouldn't spot all of the issues. They gave me a $50k estimate, so I called another service to do the same maintenance and provide a secondary quote.
The 2nd service told me my system was running great and would last another 9-10yrs. They actually tuned it, and it is blowing colder than ever. Not only that, but they also told me my current system is still under warranty.
Bell Brothers had gone downhill after selling to the current owners.
