Beau Rivage review: Serious security issue with their valet service and unprofessional conduct from a night security manager

I used the casino's valet service one late evening in January. Unfortunately, when I went to retrieve my vehicle, the Casino's lead night security managers allowed two unknown men to enter my car without checking whether they had a claim ticket. This security manager then ignored and disrespected me in front of my date. It is my opinion that this particular security manager lacks respect for women. I hope the casino will train him to be respectful towards all customers, regardless of their sex/gender.

Following their purported investigation of the incident, one of their senior managers contacted me. I explained my side of the incident to him, and he apologized. I do not plan to visit the Casino again.
