Hello, My name is Carlos Amador, I'm at currently a Noir player. I come to spend lots of money in every casino I go to so customer service is a "must" for me. I usually have my fiancé who is a platinum member make my reservations for me because I am usually busy. The host that was assigned to us was very rude! Anytime we asked for her to make a reservation for anything regarding a room, pool gazebos, dinner reservations she tells us to reach out to the reservations team. When we ask for a suite she books us a double room. If we are coming to play thousands of dollars we should be treated with more respect. When I asked my fiancé to text my host to make a reservation for the black jack tournament in August, the host text her and told her to reach out to the reservations team, she was not nice or helpful so we requested for a new host. She also stated that their are many noir members at that Casino so it's hard to accommodate one in particular. Our home casino is the Gold strike in Tunica, Ms we visit this casino every week sometimes I loose a lot of money and that's fine because the customer service is what brings me back. I text my host and within 5 minutes he books a suite every week, they are always so friendly and greet us by our first names at the buffet, at the steak house, even while playing black jack and the slot machines. It was our host who recommended the Beau Rivage to us but we don't like how we are being treated from our host. She is very rude for no reason at all. Please have someone reach out to me as soon as possible regarding this manner. I spoke with a manger the last time I was there but he was not very helpful either. We have text messages from the host which can show proof of how rude she is if this will help. We just want to be treated kind, and get the best service if we are coming there to spend our hard earned dollars! Thank you so much! - Carlos

Also, I was making reservations for the pool, the manager at the pool was very friendly and told us that our host could reserve the Cabanas for us when we asked the host of course she stated nothing was guaranteed mind you I rented a cabana for 5 days straight paying $375.00 even when they didn't have an opening the manager at the pool went above and beyond more Thats out host would to accommodate us.
