My name is Cecilia Lewis, I just finished a purchase at your Bealls Outlet Saint Augustine, Fl. Store #214. It is 01/05/2023. The cashier named Kaly (sp) as I was leaving she called to me and said "You snatched the receipt out of my hand, and my feelings are hurt." She said this loud enough for all the customers who were waiting on the line to hear. I went and spoke to the manager who was alarmed at the situation. I am very upset that she had the audacity to speak to me in front of the whole store. I am a loyal customer who has been shopping here for 30 years and have grown to know many of your employees. All the other associates are very professional and kind. I will not reenter this store if I see this particular employee again.
