With a 2.39 review rating I have no idea how this company has an A+ rating with the BBB. I was scheduled for an A/C checkup through AHS. Beaches A/C never called the day before to confirm the appointment (as they promised) so I had to call them to confirm before taking the morning off work. My appointment window was between 8am - 12pm. At 12:37pm the technician contacted me to let me know he was on the way and was surprised that I was aggravated. I told him that he would need a ladder because the air handler was in the attic. He did not have a ladder and said he had to contact another tech with a ladder and would call me right back (he never did). At 1:07pm I called the main office and asked to speak to the owner or a manager about my appointment. The dispatcher put me on hold and cancelled my appointment and came back on the line and said that no one was available to speak to me. I asked why they cancelled my appointment (at this point I was angry) and another person came on the line and said they didn't want to do business with me and hung up on me. I truly wish companies now a days knew what customer service is and valued it. My entire morning was wasted because of this company, and I have to start the process all over. I recommend anyone considering Beaches A/C for their service needs do so with caution.
Recommendation: DO NOT USE THEM
