Beach Audio review: Product never arrived. Awful customer service

I've bought an Eye-fi SD Card from them trough Walmart's Marketplace on June 16th. I was supposed to arrive on June 23rd but according to the tracking info the item still hasn't left their storage. I've sent two e-mails (on the 23rd and 25th) and got no response! It's just like they don't care for customers who ALREADY PAID for their products. After those failed attempts of contact, I'm now trying to deal with the card company so I don't end up paying for an item that never arrived. Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
