BDHelp review: Subscription

My name is Frank Strayer, and I was charged $42.44 for something I have never been involved in. I dont know how my information got out, but I want a full refund as I am NOT a member & dont intend to be. If this is not resolved quickly I will have to obtain legal aid. There is no reason why I should have this charge, I have never heard of BDHELP, & this scam is wrong.
