Good morning,
This company has taken 39.36Euros from my bank account. I am an student who needs every single euro I have to survive through the month, this charge has broken the last two weeks of my month and I dont know how i am going to eat now. Please, I just want my money back and thats it. I want a solution to this problem if its possible. On the description of the charge said Bdhelp [protected]/02/22. I have not authorised this transaction. And I dont even know how they got my details.
Please I just want a solution to this huge problem.

Unauthorized charge on my card
Hi can you please cancel my account and refund my money.
Am not interested in these online sites, so please cancel the membership and refund me money in full amount as deducted from my account. I don't know how my card details got there.
Attached is the transaction message I received today.

I'm being charged 44.42 for something I never agreed on. January 3rd 2021 I need a refund and a subscription cancellation please. I never agreed to anything so I don't understand why the money is being taken out of my account. Please resolve this so this won't happen again.
