I invest in gold and silver at 2016, 2018 from uk after they taken my money they neglected me without giving me any lessons or profit I bank with lloyd's I have already a complaint with them and I am waiting long time to have an answer. The deposit made by visa I know that I am protect by the law and the rights of the consumer because I been scammedbut I don't know what else I have to do. The bank returned my money at 2016, 11.000£ back to my account but after a while they took them back with no any warning and investigation or any legal process they just take take them back so where is the consumer protection? Can you please help me? There are 2 companies that scammed me the first is ubo capital based in ajeltake island, and the second is capital xp in the grenadines island that the operate without any restrictions from an english telephone number and the can withdraw money from any english bank account. The first is stolen 11.000£and the second company 2000£. Please help me and you will get payment thank you for your time.
