I watched a report on how viewers are leaving the BBC in their thousands.
And, a day or so later, I watched the first 10 minutes of 'Evolution'
The Big Biased Corporation was at it again!
An extremely atheistic program - all surmising - presenting a theory as factual and established beyond all doubt. (The BBC seems to roll out Songs of Praise to give a pretend nod in the other direction). Why should I pay a fee to people who do not represent my Christian views but constantly push their own agenda?
I am not over interested in politics but would suggest that the BBC should replace a few lefties with people from the more right side of the political spectrum. Why should I pay a fee to listen to people who do not represent my political views?
I am not a Jew but, over and over again, the BBC seems to take delight in wrong-siding the nation of Israel (including rolling out Jeremy Bowen whose reports have been seen, on a number of occasions, to be one-sided). When was the last time the horrors of Oct 7 2023 were given a sympathetic mention by the BBC? The BBC allowed the son of a Hamas operative to head up a documentary - and once the damage had been done and Jew hatred increased because of it, the BBC issued a faint apology. Why should I pay a fee to those whose reports have added fuel to anti-Semitism?
I watched the news a couple of weeks ago. It was more like one long weather forecast - which then ran into the weather forecast proper. (And that happened two nights in a row) - It was all about global warming. Again the same reporter is brought out and the same 'we are all doomed' message was forced down our throats. - What good did the BBC hope to achieve by doing that? Why should I pay a licence fee to hear a long-winded statement that did nothing but depress most of us and perhaps even push some with slightly negative feelings over the top. Every time I hear the BBC on one of its rants, I turn to another news channel - If you want to keep viewers, then have a re-think BBC.
I had a colleague who used to say, "To be honest..." and it made me think 'are you not usually honest?' - And I think the same thing now every time I hear the words BBC 'verify'
It is also interesting to note that since Donald Trump threatened to sue the BBC - we keep seeing the words 'The BBC... is paid for by you!'
Why should I pay for an organisation that deliberately left out words in a speech by the President of America to make it look as though he had incited acts of violence?
Support the views of the majority religion in your country - take a centre viewpoint politically - help Israel in its fight against those who others understand to be proscribed terrorist organisations - and let's have uplifting refreshing news that supports those in the smallest minority hiding away fearfully in their synagogues.
And finally - I have written to you about this before - unless you are prepared to do the same with the name Muhammad please will you stop allowing programs to be broadcast containing the words" Jesus F****** Christ."
You have been found wanting BBC - What changes will you make to remedy all the above? I trust you will respond to the points made herein?

Recommendation: Have a re-think BBC - If you want people to watch your broadcasts. It seems that you have become too big for your boots. Instead of reflecting the news, you are putting a slant on it that most people no longer support or agree with. It's not too late. Maybe even an acknowledgement of this and an attempt to restore the balance would be helpful - before the boat sinks completely
