The worker (and there was only one) was there for 13 hours, broke floor molding and said he could not replace it. Left the bat room a mess. He put the curtain rod up too high and tried to put grab bar up to high. The molding around top of shower wall is not flush. Got a threating text about payment less than one day after work. Tried to contact corporate headquarters to have it bounce back could not find email address.
Desired outcome: Fix the problems we have with the installation or replace entire thing
