Bath Experts review: Pathetic service and a highly disappointing experience

Very expensive, with repeated and unnecessary delays in material delivery and project completion. Despite taking 100% advance payment, the team is often unresponsive, leaving the customer constantly chasing for updates.

The quality of work and finishing also fell short of expectations, with several issues requiring follow-up and correction. For a premium-priced renovation service, the overall execution, coordination and customer support were far from satisfactory.

Overall, a stressful and disappointing experience. Would not recommend BathXpertz.

Recommendation: Look for better alternative
