I priced my prescription for 90 tablets of Levothyroxine 75 mcg dosage. Your website said it was $4.10 at Bartell Drug Co.
When I arrived to pick up the prescription, it was for 45 tablets (not 90) of Levothyroxine 75 mcg and they charged me $13.37.
When I asked the pharmacist, he said the website (Good Rx) was wrong even after I showed him your price on my phone.
Is there anything that can be done? Either they honor the price or they don't, but they shouldn't pretend they will until a customer gets to the cash register.
Country of complaint: United States
Address: Bartell Drug Store # 06962 18420 Aurora Avenue N., Shoreline, WA 98133
Desired outcome: Either refund the difference or don't let Bartell Drug Co. be in the program. I got half the usual dosage and paid over 3 times as much as I would have for the full prescription.
