The worst. I ordered a pallet of ceramic tile from Home Depot. They scheduled delivery between noon and 4:00 PM. The delivery showed up and 4:30 AM with no warning and they dropped the pallet of tiles in street and destroyed it.

They scheduled a pickup to return the destroyed pallet of tiles and they were a no show. They then tried to reschedule it for more than a week later. I contacted Home Depot and they had the local store pick it up.

If you have a choice do not use them. They are irresponsible and unresponsive.

I had spoke to Dee about the timing of the pickup and she outright lies about when they will get it.

Too bad I can't give them lower than a 1 rating. If I could it would be negative.

Claimed loss: $3000

Desired outcome: reimbursement
