Baptist Health Fort Smith, AR review: Physician/pediatrics

Starting 25OCT2021-Present---A physician at Baptist Health Pediatrics is participating in both slander and libel (Libel- a defamatory statement made in writing, while slander is a defamatory statement that is spoken.) In my children's medical charts there are absolutely false, and malicious things about me. The unprovoked disdain this "provider" has for me, stems from zero proof of what is charted. Her ethics, or the immense lack there of, is causing detriment to the care of one of my children in particular. All of her actions are more than unethical (lacking moral principles; unwilling to adhere to proper rules of conduct). The unsafe inconsistencies in a prescription for a schedule 2 stimulant has dramatically deteriorated the mental and physical health of my now 10 year old son. Her practices fall nothing short of medical malpractice, (any act or omission by a physician during treatment of a patient that deviates from accepted norms of practice in the medical community and causes an injury to the patient), gross negligence (a conscious and voluntary disregard of the need to use reasonable care, which is likely to cause foreseeable grave injury or harm to persons, property, or both), and unethical (lacking moral principles; unwilling to adhere to proper rules of conduct) to name a few. All of which, in the state of Arkansas are also illegal. All three of my children's medical records have been altered from what was originally charted as well as missing documents, incorrect medications, allergies, surgical history, family history, etc. This provider also, based off the malicious libel that is present in my children's chart, refuses to allow me to attend any of my children's appointments, be any part of their care, and/or correct any of their information in their charts. It clearly states in their charts that "some information is not able to be seen due to (my name) having access to view the charts." As their biological mother, in the state of Arkansas, this is also all illegal.
