Banner Urology Institute Phoenix review: Requests to speak to office manager

I called and asked to speak to office manager, and staff person who answered my call, kept asking for details of my request, such as what is this about. I explained that the question is none of her business, as she is not the office manager. I repeated my request to speak to office manager and also said this is a complaint. Once again I was asked what is this about, and I said it is none of your business, and I am not going to tell you as you are not the office manager. I requested a direct phone line/extension for office manager and was told "there is not one". I asked for email address for office manager, and was told there is not one. Really sucks, as this office scheduled my son for surgery procedure without even a phone call to ask if this was ok, We did not know that this office was going to automatically schedule surgery procedure. Also, the dr for the procedure claimed care for 2 days per son's medical record. So now medical record is incorrect, as procedure DID NOT HAPPEN. This is FRAUD, WRONG, AND VIOLATES ETHICAL treatment of care. So, mad I cannot comprehend why this is acceptable to practice medical fraud.
