From health place insurance agent to Aetna Banner Customer Service to Market Place Customer Service, the worse ever experience! Initially you are left weary of healthcare fraud. No communication on their part. Forget any of their promises to call you back and their customer service truly only care about getting you off their line making no follow up on their promises and rather toss you off as a transfer to the Market Place. They are very unorganized when it comes to your records as they are inconsistent or fall short of. You are left to make all the calls to get your membership going and or canceled and repeated calls to just hear yourself repeat the same information over and over to different representatives. They will confirm vital information and later you learn it was all inconsistent or lacking and if it weren't for that phone call you make to ensure, you would have thought nothing of it and left vulnerable. There is simply a disconnect between them. Aetna Banner Customer Service seem antsy to want to just blow you off just to get you to another rep, and the Market Place Customer Service are extremely unprofessional and rather argue and debate with you than to be of help. Good luck getting your ID card in the mail or any information or explanation of how it all works.

Recommendation: Save yourself the headache and find care elsewhere.
