Bankrate Bankrate Review: A Useful Resource for Finance, but Beware of Inaccurate State Tax Information and Cluttered Ads

Bankrate is a pretty good website for finding information about banks and financial products. However, I have to say that their state tax information is not very good. It's often out of date and inaccurate, which can be a real problem if you're trying to figure out how much you owe in taxes. I think they should either update it more frequently or just get rid of it altogether.

Another thing I don't like about Bankrate is that they have a lot of ads on their site. I understand that they need to make money, but it can be really annoying when you're trying to read an article and there are ads popping up all over the place. It would be nice if they could find a way to make their site less cluttered.

Overall, though, I think Bankrate is a useful resource for anyone who wants to learn more about banking and finance. They have a lot of articles and tools that can help you make informed decisions about your money. Just be aware that their state tax information may not be completely accurate, and you may need to do some additional research to get the right information.

Bankrate Bankrate Review: Finding the Perfect Credit Card Made Easy!

Bankrate is a pretty cool website that I used to find a credit card that fit my needs. I was looking for a card that would give me some sweet airline miles, and Bankrate made it super easy to find one. All I had to do was put in what I was looking for, and boom! A bunch of options popped up.

I really liked how I could search based on the perks that were important to me. I mean, who wants a credit card that doesn't give them anything back, am I right? Bankrate let me search for cards based on things like cash back, points, and miles. And let me tell you, there were a lot of options to choose from.

But what really stood out to me was how easy it was to find a card with great miles per dollar. I mean, I don't want to be spending a ton of money just to get a few miles. Bankrate helped me find a card that gave me a lot of miles for every dollar I spent. And that's what I call a win-win.

Overall, I had a really positive experience using Bankrate. It helped me find a credit card that fit my needs and didn't make me spend a ton of money to get some sweet airline miles. If you're looking for a credit card, I definitely recommend giving Bankrate a try.

Bankrate Bankrate's Confusing Housing Articles: Are They Misleading Consumers?

Bankrate is a company that deals with lending and they have a lot of articles about housing that are just plain confusing. They keep talking about how great the housing market is, but it's actually slowing down and might even crash soon. I wouldn't be surprised if Zillow owns them, haha!

Bankrate UFB Direct Bank Review: Confusing Website, Terrible Customer Service, Glitchy System

So, I was browsing through bankrate.com and I came across UFB Direct bank. They had a 5-star rating, so I thought, "Hey, this bank must be pretty good!" I decided to open an account with them. But let me tell you, it was the worst experience ever. I tried to contact them by email to let them know about my experience, but I haven't heard back from them yet.

First of all, their website is so confusing. It took me forever to figure out how to open an account. And when I finally did, I had to jump through so many hoops just to get it set up. It was a real pain in the you-know-what.

But that's not even the worst part. When I tried to make a deposit, the system kept rejecting it. I tried multiple times, but it just wouldn't go through. I was so frustrated that I decided to call their customer service line. But guess what? I was on hold for over an hour before I finally got through to someone.

When I finally did get through, the customer service representative was not helpful at all. They kept telling me to try the same thing over and over again, even though it clearly wasn't working. It was like talking to a brick wall.

Overall, I would not recommend UFB Direct bank to anyone. Their website is confusing, their customer service is terrible, and their system is glitchy. Save yourself the headache and go with a different bank.

Bankrate Bankrate.com Review: Helpful for Finding Banks, But Do Your Own Research

Bankrate.com is a website that can help you find a bank that suits your needs. They have a lot of options to choose from, and they will recommend any bank to you. However, it is important to do your own research before choosing a bank. For example, Comenity bank has received tens of thousands of complaints at the Better Business Bureau and other places. These complaints are about the bank keeping people's money and not giving it back. This is a serious issue that should not be overlooked. Unfortunately, bankrate.com does not seem to take this into account when recommending banks. It is important to be aware of these issues and to make an informed decision when choosing a bank.

Bankrate Disappointing Experience with Comenity Direct and Bankrate Ratings

I put my savings with Comentiy Direct cuz I heard they were good from bankrate. But lemme tell ya, both of these companies ain't all that great. Comenity is almost like a scam, and Bankrate only cares about their own money. They don't care about you or your savings. So don't trust their ratings, go find somewhere else to put your money.

Bankrate Bankrate: The Ultimate Safe Haven for Your Money - A Review

Bankrate is a great website for anyone who wants to invest their money and make sure it's safe and secure. My grandma used Bankrate's guidelines to invest all of her retirement money, and now she can't even see it when she looks at her account! That's how safe it is! Bankrate will keep your money safe and secure until you die, and then it will transfer your money to your spending account in heaven.

Once you're in heaven, you can spend your money on whatever you want! My grandma is having a great time blowing her money on Virgin prostitutes and grade a 100% pure prayer powder. She even bought me a Rolex and mailed it to me from heaven!

Thanks to Bankrate, my grandma's death was amazing. She knew that her money was safe and secure, and she was able to enjoy her retirement without any worries. If you're looking for a website that will help you invest your money and keep it safe, then Bankrate is the perfect choice for you.

Bankrate Bankrate Review: Misleading Ratings and Personal Info Sold to Third Parties

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Bankrate. I mean, sure, they've got a lot of information on what banks can offer you, but what about the important stuff? Like, how good is their customer service? Because let me tell you, when you've got a problem with your account and you're stuck on hold for hours, that's not gonna show up on Bankrate's website.

And don't even get me started on the reviews. I mean, half of those 5-star ratings are clearly fake. Just one sentence, no real details, and probably generated by some bot. It's like they're not even trying to be honest with their customers.

But the worst part? Bankrate takes your personal information and sells it to other companies. That's right, they're just another lead generation website that's gonna spam you with robocalls and junk mail offering you loans and insurance you don't even need.

So yeah, if you're looking for a website that's gonna give you the real scoop on banks and financial services, I'd say look elsewhere. Bankrate might have some good info, but it's just not worth the risk of getting your personal info sold to the highest bidder.

Bankrate Bankrate Review: Predatory Practices and Unhelpful Service for 15 Years

I recently had an experience with Bankrate and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I have been a customer of theirs for 15 years and during that time, I have had nothing but trouble. As a twice widowed mother, I have faced many financial challenges and Bankrate has not been helpful in the slightest. In fact, they have been downright predatory.

Over the years, I have been charged over $20,000 in overdraft fees. Despite my repeated requests for a low interest loan or credit card, they have only pushed their courtesy pay overdraft protection, which charges me unlimited $27 fees per day, and their ready reserve line of credit at a whopping 18%. It's clear that they are more interested in making money off of me than helping me manage my finances.

I finally had enough and decided to switch to a different financial institution. I opened two new accounts elsewhere and closed my account with Bankrate for good. However, I am not done with them yet. I have informed the regulators and I am planning to contact a lawyer. It's not right that they are claiming a non-profit tax status while gouging widows like me and now getting involved in investments.

As a Christian who has read the Bible, I know that those who harm widows and orphans will face the wrath of God. Bankrate will have to answer for their actions one day and I pity them. It's clear that they are more interested in making a profit than helping their customers. I would advise anyone to avoid them at all costs.

Bankrate Bankrate.com Needs to Respect Customer Preferences for Credit Card Information

So, I was on Bankrate.com and I saw an ad that caught my eye. I clicked on it and was taken to a page where I could learn more about a credit card. I was interested, so I filled out the form to get more information. But, I specifically de-selected the "send me more info" box because I didn't want to be bombarded with emails.

To my surprise, I received not one, not two, but three auto responses in just 15 minutes! I was annoyed because I didn't want to be bothered with all these emails. I thought I had made it clear that I didn't want any more information.

Overall, I think Bankrate.com needs to work on their communication with customers. If someone de-selects the "send me more info" box, they should respect that and not send any emails. It's just common sense. I hope they can improve their system in the future.
