When it comes to finding a reliable and professional online cake delivery service, Bakingo left us feeling disappointed. Unfortunately, our experience with them wasn't great. We had some trouble with their tracking system, or rather the fact there wasn't one! We were left in the dark about our order with no information about its whereabouts. Adding to the frustration, we struggled to get in touch with their customer service team, both through phone and email.

We believe that it's crucial for businesses to have proper communication channels with their customers, and Bakingo really needs to step up their game in that regard. Our expectations were not met, which left us feeling let down and dissatisfied with the service. Surely, a professional company would have a streamlined and efficient tracking system for their customers to use with ease.

Moreover, we feel that Bakingo's website requires some serious updating. It was missing important features, and their tracking functionality simply did not work. This led to unnecessary confusion and frustration, which left us feeling uneasy about doing business with them in the future.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Bakingo. I ordered a cake for my loved one on Valentine's Day, which was supposed to be delivered by noon. However, the delivery got delayed and it was finally delivered at 8.40 pm. As you might imagine, the anticipation and excitement had faded away by then.

To make matters worse, the cake tasted terrible. I wouldn't even call it a cake because it failed to resemble anything edible. The dry and stale texture and the weird aftertaste were unbearable. I felt like I paid for a rock, not a cake.

When I reached out to the customer care representative to know the reason for the delay, they mentioned that it was due to the Valentine's Day rush. While I understand that last-minute orders on such occasions can be challenging to fulfill, waiting for 8 hours and receiving poor quality was unacceptable.
