I ordered two Baerskin combo hoodies/jackets on December 8th. I reached out on December 23rd trying to determine where they are in the shipping process. I got no response. I reached out again to their email on January 5th, again, no response. The website, after entering my order number, always says, "your order has been placed and will be with you soon". I tried the customer service phone number I found today, says it's not taking calls. I will file with my credit card issuer to stop the payment. Horrible customer service. Something tells me their jacket and hoodie aren't worth it.
You must immediately charge back through your credit card issuer, on grounds of non-delivery of goods and no communication. Include your records of trying to reach them. Never do business with Baerskin again and tell everyone how bad their service is.
