I never received the promised tracking number despite multiple emails and phone calls to a recording...gee, I wonder why no live person has ever answered their business phone.
Presently, I am at the time limit of the promised delivery of my purchased item. However, there have been zero communications as well as zero responses to my status requests about my purchases item. Based on the lack of responsiveness this appears to be a scam and I have already paid for the item they advertised.
Looks like I'll have to engage the State Attorney's office involved to get me a refund.
I am posting this to hopefully prevent others from trusting this company and losing money.
Read the Better Business Bureau report. NO wonder why they have a "F" rating.
