az 1st realty is da bomb! I ain't never gonna rent from nobody else. I been renting for like 10 years and they always been on point. No problems with the management at all.

This realty company is not good. They lie about the property in their ads. They don't care about the property or renters. The rent is not fair. One person could pay more than their neighbor for the same size apartment. They say they offer security, but they don't show up. If you call them, they say they only come once a night to lock up the pool. The place is not well-maintained. The security gates don't work most of the time. They always get the rent wrong since they started using online payments. They don't give you a receipt or a copy of your lease. They want to charge you for a copy of the lease.

This leasing company is not good. They only care about making money and don't care about people. At the start of the pandemic, they said they would evict people who couldn't pay rent. They don't communicate well and the people who work there change a lot. They don't fix things when they break. The managers are just as bad. I tried to ask why they weren't answering my calls or emails and the manager walked away. They don't know how to talk to people like adults. When I said I wanted to complain, she didn't listen and walked away. It's not surprising that the people who work there are bad because the managers are bad. I wish I could give them zero stars and I hope the ComplaintsBoard.com shuts them down.
